| | ok, so my new plan is to start out around 2 mi., then add .5 mile everyday for 5 days in a row, I will do this for a few weeks before I add in a "long run" on the weekend. |

| | Well today's tm run was supposed to be 3.5 or so, but I ended up doing a pre-set hill run, it was hard core for me!!! But, all in all I feel pretty good about this past week. |

| | nice TM run again, I ran it in under 30 min, which for me is really good. This preset goes from 4.8 mph to 7.0, with inclines ranging from .5 to12. |

| | it seems like 5k's are my thing lately. I know I said I was going to start at 2, and gradually increase, but when I get to around 2, I am not ready to quit. My leg is still feeling fine, so I know I am not doing too much, today's preset went from 5.7 mph to 7.0, with inclines from 1.5 to 12. The 12 @ 7mph really kicks my butt, and I have to hold on so I don't fall off!!! |

tm run again, but I geared down a notch, only went up to 6.4 mph, but it still puts you at 12 inclince a few different times, not too bad! |
