| | This was an outdoor run in St. George, awesome weather!! I haven't run this far outside since last summer on the 24th of July at my first 10K. It felt pretty good. I got tired a few times, but was able to keep going. |

| | Today was a treadmill run because it's snowing outside!! I felt okay, but as usual I get tired around 1.5-2 miles, but then after that, I feel like it's easier to keep going. I am doing a fundraiser 5K on Saturday and I am looking forward to that. |

| | Today I ran outside again. It was nice, but was so windy it made it hard. But, I did it!! Mile 1 was easy, mile 2 kinda hard, but miles 3 & 4 felt great. Mile 5 was uphill in the wind and I really struggled. I feel good now, though. |

Crawdad Dash (3.1 Miles) 00:08:00 | | Fun fundraiser for the nieces!! My body felt good for the run, but it was sooooo cold outside, it really hurt to breathe. My time was 35:17, which is slow, but at least I came in under 36, so that's good. I just signed up today for the American Lung Assoc. 10K on June 4th and am excited to do another 10K. |
