| | Ran outside, missed yesterday cause my daughter got in a car wreck, but hopefully now I will be back on track. Hot again today. It was cool in the AM so I was hoping it would stay that way at 9, but no such luck. |

| | Nice way to start the week, especially after slacking this weekend! Cloud cover made it feel great. The first 3+ miles are uphill, so I started slowly, then ran fast down hill for about a mile or so, and then when it leveled out I ran at my normal slowish pace. Felt good, should have taken water, so at mile 7 I stopped at Smith's and got some water, then ran the last mile home. |

| | I am back! Didn't run for a whole week because I have been sick :( So I finally ran, opted for a TM run, just in case my lungs hurt.) I started out slow with a 1/2 mile walk, then ran for 3 miles, slower than normal, but none the less, I feel great. Feels good to) be back!!! |

| | Ran outside today, wasn't too hot so it was really nice. I didn't go very far again, I keep coughing as I run, which I think is a good thing to get it out of my chest! I am thinking of the Utah Valley Half next summer, would that be a good one for a first half? |

| | Really nice outside this time of year. I was hoping to go at least another mile, but my chest was killing me, so I cut it short. Had to walk a few times cause I couldn't breathe, but hopefully it is about out of chest. |
