I only had time for 2 miles on the treadmill, so I ran another 2 miles outside at the park while I was waiting for my son's soccer practice to get over.

I ran outside today, and did the same run as last week, but I ran it opposite.  The first 3 miles are uphill, but I decided I would rather finish running down!! It was a beautiful day for running!!

Ran outside today, was going to do 4 miles, but cut it short because my legs hurt. (on the inside of my shin, between my ankle and calf muscle)  Any idea's why?

Ran on the treadmill today, because it was raining again.  My legs felt good, so I think taking an extra day off helped.

Ran outside today, and had a great run.   My shins don't hurt at all, so I think it's been better taking it sort of easy.  I am doing a "long run" 7.5-8 on Sunday morning!!!!

Ran 7.5 on the JRP today, my longest run ever!! Yay!! There were a few times I was feeling tired, but I ran the entire way, slowly, but not stopping.  I felt good, shins are feeling great, and I am confident that my 10K in a few weeks will go great.  I really like running on the parkway, ton's of people out, nice breeze and a lot of shade too.  Nice way to start the day!!

Since it was raining again, today was a treadmill run.  I  missed yesterday's run, so hopefully the 4.3 I ran made up for it a little?  Anyway,  I felt good, even talked to my dad for the first 30 minutes, which made the time fly.

I felt guilty about missing two days, so I ran outside today, it only rained on me for 1 mile or so!!  Good run, ran 5 miles without stopping!!

Finally a sunny day to run outside, kinda windy though.  I walked about 1/2 mile around mile 4.5, cause I felt tired, but finished off the last 1/2 + mile running uphill back home.  (into the wind I  might add!!!)
